Revoland is a new free-to-play MOBA developed on the Binance Smart Chain, where players can enjoy different game modes in fast-paced maps.
The game is live and can be downloaded on the Google Play Store and Apple Store. Players can choose to create a wallet with BSC or ABEY.
In order to play the game, you need 3 heroes. A set will be given to you for free when registering. You can opt to buy new ones through the marketplace.
Revoland Assets
Revoland’s main asset is heroes. Free heroes do not count as NFTs, and are not resellable through the marketplace. NFT heroes of other rarities can be found in mystery boxes.
The Rarity of a hero is decided the moment you open the hero mystery box. Heroes with a higher rarity have more unique playstyles, abilities and will have a chance to get bonuses in battle rewards.
There are 3 different levels of rarity: normal, rare, and epic.
Each hero can also have a different skin rarity, which is a cosmetic item and doesn’t bring in-game benefits. The rarer the cosmetic, the better it looks. Skins can be normal, rare, or epic.
Heroes can be upgraded. When Revoland heroes are upgraded, they will yield higher rewards on the battlefield.
Heroes can sometimes be matched with pets. Pets NFTs on their own and can be purchased separately and found in mystery boxes.
Revoland Gameplay
Revoland has six game modes. Although different, they all have a similar style to Brawl Stars. The modes are:
- Fruit Bash (3vs3 players): gather 10 holy fruits to win;
- Battle Square (10 players): a solo battle royale against 9 other players;
- Bounty Hunter (6 players): defeat a player to obtain their bounty;
- Doodle Dash (3vs3 players): work together with your teammates to cover as much ground as you can;
- Altar Assault (3vs3 players): capture the Altar to win the game;
- Clocktower (3vs3 players): lead your troops to destroy the enemy’s base. You can collect power ups to increase their level along the way.
The gameplay is quite refreshing and the team plans to add new modes soon. All game modes have a trailer, and you can find the list of trailers in the deck here.
Revoland Tokenomics
Revoland employs a duo-token economy, $LAND for in-game rewards, and $REVO for governance.
The total supply of $LAND is 100 billions. $LAND can be earned by playing the game through ranking high in the leaderboard, engaging in bounty fights, and by completing certain objectives in the game.
Bounty fights are the only fights that reward you with $LAND. The number of bounty fights you can have per day depends on the rarity of your NFTs.
Hero Rarity | Avg Spirit | Spirit Cost per Battle | Daily Bounty Battles |
Common | 135 | 1 | 7 |
Rare | 175 | 1 | 10 |
Epic | 270 | 1 | 15 |
$REVO has a total supply of 120 million. Users of Revoland and/or holders of $REVO who did not actively participate will not receive any $REVO incentives. $REVO will be awarded to a user based solely on their actual usage, activity, and contribution on Revoland and/or proportionate to the frequency and volume of transactions.
$REVO is the currency used in the marketplace to buy and sell Revoland NFTs.
The developers also opted to include a community treasury holding different assets that are used to reward users in Revoland and create different types of incentives in the Revoland ecosystem. A portion of all transactions in the marketplace will go to the treasury.
In Conclusion
Revoland is already working on a new guild system to onboard GameFi platforms and eSports teams to increase their audience size and build up a true, competitive ecosystem of gamers.
In Q4 2022, Revoland is set to release the second version of their game, which will likely include more features and heroes to purchase and play with.
The developers are sound and mostly doxxed, with great partners such as AKG Ventures backing them up.
If you’re curious to follow their journey, join their Discord server and find some fellow players to try out all the modes!
