Media goliath, Warner Music Group (WMG), is continuing its blossoming relationship with the blockchain by partnering with NFT gaming heavyweight, Splinterlands. Hand in hand, this mighty alliance will look to add utility of WMG’s portfolio with a series of NFT-powered arcade games.
Through the medium of gaming, WMG will provide its clients with opportunities to create and develop arcade style blockchain games, thereby utilizing a previously untapped interactive element of fan engagement. The aim is to bring an enhanced overall experience that takes the user to an all-new level, while also creating an additional revenue stream for artists.

By building out a series of tokenized arcade games incorporating its many clients, WMG will connect them to the blockchain and put in place a grand new rewards system to flesh out its musical offerings to a broader customer base.
Over the last few months, WMG has made vast inroads towards blockchain integration. So far, building relationships with expansive metaverse, The Sandbox, and NFT music platform, OneOf. Now, it has partnered with one of the biggest NFT gaming institutions on the planet. It certainly looks like WMG is building something special.
