The article takes a look at what the event will look like in the metaverse, how attendees can buy an NFT wearable, and what the organizers hope to achieve with this massive event and the massive brands that will be joining (yet to be revealed).

Gary V Stands Up for NFTs on CNBC

In a recent chat on CNBC, the reporter tries to grill NFTs and Gary V, but as always, he saves the day with his excellent rhetoric and support for the technology and community. Watch the snippet below to see Gary’s smirk in the beginning, which is quickly becoming a viral meme in the NFT community.

Collie Buddz Loves NFTs

Rolling Stone posted an article on Kanye West’s disdain for NFTs and that he “only makes products in the real world.” On the other hand, reggae legend Collie Buddz not only purchased a Bored Ape, but he posted a note on NFTs that looks exactly like Kanye’s one, except that it says the exact opposite. Thanks Collie for lovin’ dem NFTs.

Snowcash Featured on The Art Newspaper

Snowcash, a touring NFT art movement, was featured on the most elite and popular art media outlet, The Art Newspaper. The article mentions Snowcash’s Christmas party and also interviews several creators as well as an overview of CryptoVoxels.

PC Gamer Releases an Article on PUBG & NFTs

Popular gaming magazine, PC Gamer, released an article on Krafton entering the NFT space with plans to build an NFT metaverse platform, while PUBG studio will use NFTs. The news came as a surprise to many considering the recent backlash against NFTs from a number of traditional gaming communities.
