Transforming Employee Recognition with Kudos

With remote work on the rise, maintaining a culture of appreciation and recognition is important and NFT Reality Kudos seeks to address this by integrating with Slack, the popular workplace communication platform.

NFT Reality Kudos will allow team members to send and receive recognition within their existing workflow and each kudo is registered as an NFT which ensures that the recognition is unique and secure.

Marcin Sadowski, CEO of NFT Reality, shared, “We believe that recognition should be instantaneous and meaningful. With NFT Reality Kudos, we are excited to offer teams a tool that enhances their culture of recognition and integrates smoothly with their daily communication tool.”

With blockchain technology in the mix, the creation of NFT Reality Kudos required addressing various technical and compliance challenges and Mobile Reality worked closely with Slack to ensure its commitment to compliance and innovation.
