Welcoming new official core team members into DIGITALAX is not an everyday occurrence, in fact, it’s so rare that we actively want to celebrate it with all of you when it happens.
Although the protocol is always advancing decentralisation across more sectors and fields within the ecosystem, decentralisation doesn’t mean that champion nodes in the network aren’t critical to the furtherance of the mission.
Gardeners in the ecosystem serve a vital role, cultivating and expanding the full extent of what is possible.
Cesh has been with the DIGITALAX community since the early days of the Global Designer Network and since then has continued to show up humble and hungry time after time, both digital and IRL, with no expectation other than having a wondrous fast growing opportunity to learn and enhance the success of the protocol. He also is the founder of the Designer Realm Plug Life!
He runs community calls weekly, dedicates time to individually onboarding new members, and most importantly, stands up for the most essential principles of web3— cc0, decentralisation, self sovereignty and uncensorable access to the opportunity to thrive for all.
Cesh will be covering GDN + GMS onboarding and rapid scale up, education and tutorial content releases, increasing community participation across governance and voting, patron and realm expansion, as well as standing as one of the first line guides across the entire ecosystem.
Cesh is the protocol’s first direct community hires.
One of the most powerful things about a global decentralised community, is that you can see first hand how dedicated, serious and authentic someone is about the principles of the community and protocol, long before there is any indication of a transactional interest.
