As CES hits fever pitch we’re starting to see more in formation about the future of Non Fungible Tokens. A few days ago, Samsung announced a feature for collectors to buy, sell, and trade NFTs on their next-generation displays. It appears that the NFTs are going to be curated by (at least in part) by nifty gateway. Nifty Gateway is a fantastic resource for collectors looking to buy their first NFTs. In a tweet earlier this month we discussed the benefits of Nifty Gateway including:
Nifty Gateway is imperfect, but all platforms are. I believe Nifty is 100% the best current platform to onboard new collectors. Fiat allows collectors that are uncomfortable with crypto wallets, eth, etc. to have experience digital ownership without intimidation of crypto 1st.
While can argue the pros and cons of this method, the ease at which collectors can transfer #NFTs between software wallets, Nifty Omnibus, and even hardware wallets is incredible.
Why a Nifty Gateway x Samsung Partnership makes sense
Nifty Gateway has a track record of onboarding new collectors, relationships with the worlds most established artists, and ease of buying actual crypto NFTs with Fiat that can be sent to your wallet.
Nifty Gateway teams up with Top artists and brands to create collections of limited edition, high quality NFTs, exclusively available on our platform. We’ve teamed up with people like world renowned artist Michael Kagan. Apply to create with us here.
Each collection will be opened at a specific time (a drop), and will only be available for a limited time.
We will aim to do new drops about once every 3 weeks. After the initial drop for a collection closes or sells out, you will only be able to get NFTs from that collection in the marketplace.
Nifty Gateway is also a centralized, USD based marketplace for buying and selling NFTs.
Nifty Gateway lets you display your NFTs, as well as withdraw them to external wallets, or deposit NFTs from external wallets into your collection.
