We’re seeing a lot more NFTs on consumer goods these days, with everything from beer cans to phone cases sporting some of our favourite NFTs. Now, Okay Bears, a Solana-based NFT project, might be the next collection on the list.

As was recently announced, Okay Bears has signed a deal with IMG, a top talent management agency. This deal will see the two work to deliver consumer products that leverage the Okay Bears brand.

Okay Bears Coming Soon

With this deal, IMG is now the exclusive global licensing representative. This is not the first time that an agency is taking on an NFT collection for representation. Collections like Boss Beauties have also signed with agencies in a bid to leverage their image and likeness.

And Okay Bears certainly has a lot that it can capitalise on. The 10,000-piece NFT made over $18 million within 24 hours of its initial release and has formed a dedicated community around its ethos of positivity. Now, this message and community can be taken to the next level, with current talks of live events and merchandise.

Given its already-established audience and how past NFT-themed consumer products and experiences have been received, Okay Bears might just have another hit on its hands.
