Runestone’s Influence on Gamestone

The significance of the Gamestone project is intertwined with the success of Runestone.

Launched just ten days ago, Runestone rapidly gained traction. As per CoinGecko, these Bitcoin-based NFTs now boast an impressive market cap of $304 million (4,653 BTC) through secondary sales.

Runestone’s distinct characteristics, such as its substantial file size embedded in Bitcoin block 832,947 and its commitment to open-source methodologies and community involvement, set it apart from traditional NFT projects.

As excitement mounts for The Gamestone airdrop, Runestone NFT collectors are hopeful that it will mirror the success of Leonidas’ inaugural batch of collectibles.
