One of the stand-out use cases for NFTs materializing over the last year, is the potential to revolutionize the music industry. The latest platform to try its hand at disrupting the current system is TokenTraxx. An innovative music curation vehicle looking to transfer power into the hands of musicians and fans.

To achieve its worthy goal, TokenTraxx will liaise directly with the artists under its wing, providing a firm foundation to build out an all-inclusive, community-driven platform. For its initial offering, they will enable tokenized songs, albums and merchandise controlled fundamentally by the creators.

TokenTraxx is the brainchild of notable house DJ, Tommy D, while industry knowhow is provided by co-founder Miles Leonard, formerly the chairman of Parlophone Records, and Warner Music. Through this mighty collaboration, they will have the industry reach in order to make their mark.

“Our mission is to empower artists to easily tokenise songs, albums, and merchandise, thereby revolutionising the way fans engage with the artists they love” – Co-Founder, Miles Leonard.

To kick off their incredible project, TokenTraxx launched its native $TRAXX governance token on March 21. An all-powerful utility token that spins the wheels of the artist-driven musical empire. Then, on March 28, the folks in charge will launch the open beta version of the platform where users will have their first chance to get to grips with its revolutionary new system.
