There’s nothing quite like the feeling of waking up on a Monday and realizing you missed out on some incredible drops over the weekend.

It can be truly disheartening to find out that an awesome project launched, minted and sold out all while you were tied up with a wedding, camping trip, or multiday metaverse bender.

Don’t go FOMOing into anything just yet though, because every Monday, we’re bringing you a roundup of the art, collectibles, airdrops and more you missed while you were away.

Interleave Genesis Drop

Over the weekend, prominent NFT collector/influencer Loopify launched his latest project, Interleave. Set at 0.1 ETH per mint with unconventional, changing price mechanics via Metadrop, the sale for the genesis token was held over 48 hours, with a total of 10,493 NFTs minted.

Set to be an NFT production studio, Interleave will focus on the media section of the NFT market, something Loopify feels to be very unexplored in 2021. With a goal to onboard new users into the developing realm of web3, Interleave aims to create 3D films, animes, mangas, hyper-casual games and more.

GMUNK – SkyMunk

On Sunday, GMUNK released his highly-anticipated SkyMunk photo series on Nifty Gateway. Featuring two drawings and nine auctions, this latest collection helped close out a fantastic year for the multidisciplinary creator.

Born out of what GMUNK says was “curiosity about perspective and scale,” SkyMunk was delivered as a three-volume photo series that studies texture and perception. As the nine auction pieces are still on auction through 6:30 p.m. ET today, Dec. 20, those who hope to own a piece of this historic GMUNK collection can bid here.

Creature World – The Journey Begins

On Sunday, Danny Cole ushered in the next phase of his popular Creature World project. Having continued to promote an accepting, playful and positive ethos within the Creature community, Cole took to the Creature World socials to announce the next phase of his coveted collection.

Via this new journey in the Creature universe, each NFT within the collection now has the ability to evolve. By using an ETH wallet to sign into creature.world, Creature holders can play an interactive game to help their unique character find its voice – effectively adding new attributes to their actual NFT.

Julie Pacino – Keepers of the Inn

Rising crypto-artist Julie Pacino turned heads over the weekend with the launch of her Keepers on the Inn NFT series. A collection of 3,356 photographs, Keepers of the Inn gives collectors an inside look into the rehearsal process for Pacino’s feature film ‘I Live Here Now,’ inspired by her genesis drop of the same name.

By purchasing a photo from the drop, collectors are invited to assume the role of “Keeper” and be called upon to provide creative input during the production of the film. In addition to the unique drop, Pacino made news on Monday, Dec. 20 with the announcement that prominent film distribution company Utopia had signed up to help produce and distribute ‘I Live Here Now,’ which is set to begin production in April 2022.
