Web3 Wizards is our NFT collection series that we have materialised, where we in-house design, mint and recognise those devs that continue to build the fabric for making all of web3, the metaverse, NFTs, decentralisation possible. And, to do this in true web3 style, keeping immutability and transparency at the core we mint and gift each featured dev a 721 NFT on Matic Network.

As the productive capacity of web3 continues to break records, Ethereum maintains its pre-eminent standing ahead of the rest of the L1 pack through its vibrant and scalable ecosystem of L2s that continue to innovate and onboard the masses at breakneck speed. In fact, if it wasn’t for L2s we’d be seeing a lot more fragmentation of the L1 market at the expense of decentralisation. Some of the most promising innovations in L2s are due to the “moon math” of zero knowledge proofs, most notably ZK starks and ZK snarks.

So, with that said, for this edition of Web3 Wizards we are paying it back to those creating and engineering some of the most important L2 features & mathematical proofs that drive and scale forward the web3 that we can access and use today, and ready to welcome the masses to come. They are the Zero Zeniths.
